Virtual Home Survey

Your life is busy enough, especially when planning a move! Our Virtual Survey option is flexible to your schedule and timing. With the Virtual Survey technology, you will choose a day and time that works for you. We offer evening and weekend times to respect your busy schedule.

At the time of your appointment, your expert consultant will text you a link. To connect you with a live Corrigan person. This specially trained surveyor will analyze everything that is moving. They will assess packing quantities and figure out any custom crating or other solutions you need. All you need to do is go through your home showing every room with your phone or tablet camera.

MyUnited Move Planner Portal

The MyUnited Move Planner Portal is your personal assistant to walk you through the move process and be sure you’re ready to go when pack day arrives!

Key to the portal is your hands-on checklist. This list includes all the items that need to be done starting at eight weeks prior to your relocation date. Reminders include to-dos essential for your relocation – like signing documents and establishing payment. It also includes all the additional things that need to get done, like transferring doctor paperwork and updating your mailing address with the USPS. You can check tasks off as you finish them and even add your own personalized things, too.

At the time when you are ready to schedule your services, your documents will be on the portal for you to review on your computer. Read through it to ensure everything is complete and digitally sign your agreement on your MyUnited site. If you decide to pay with a credit card, you can set this up, too.

Also, on your MyUnited is the High Value Inventory form. This document has to be executed before we load your belongings. You can wait and fill it out when we are at your house on load day, or you can complete it earlier through your portal.

Electronic Inventory

When Corrigan Moving arrives to load your cross-country or storage shipment, we write up an inventory of every piece with our electronic inventory app – Flex. This process is very straightforward for our clients, making sure the move is even smoother.

The inventory will be made digitally, making it easy to scan and understand. Each belonging that is placed onto the truck will get an inventory sticker. The barcode number corresponds with the row on the inventory documentation, so everyone is in agreement with what was loaded.

There are more advantages to the Flex inventory, also. Your driver is able to add photos to the inventory, allowing it to be more precise than ever before. Signatures are so easy when signing electronically, reducing the length of time you need to complete paperwork. Through these technological advancements, your relocation will be smoother than ever before.
